They REALLY should have done these all at ONCE! Since we have to re-scan every time. This is getting a bit annoying. Just bundle all these changes up for ONE day or so. With the way they're doing it, it's like every few weeks. Lord! Obviously upside Comet will FINALLY have more bandwidth. I WISH they'd add it in HD. But I have doubts about that.

Well I can say goodbye To Comet! WSMV still broadcasts on VHF, horrible to no reception. Maybe one day WSMV will increase it’s power, only channel I cannot pick up of all the Nashville stations.

Comet is already live now as a sub-channel on WSMV (RF 10). Also seems like WSMV is on reduced power? My signal levels for them isn't as good as it usually is. Comet is still on Fox17 (WZTV) as well. I guess their theory is most folks won't notice until they re-scan their TVs for PSIP.

Well, it's gone now. My reception dipped a little, but the tuner in Hendersonville didn't miss a beat. Because of that, I don't think they lowered power. I think both your reception and mine were affected due to the weather. I think they were just testing out the link to Comet.

Currently seeing Comet on both RF 10 and RF 20. I knew virtual channels could be split like this, but what a mess!

Well Comet is back on WSMV again. They've got to be testing. I'm sure like yesterday it's temporary.
