I'm sorry for not posting this sooner, but a while back WJDE 31 was broadcasting on their RF channel 23 the Estrella network on channel 29.11, but it is now showing up as 31.9. Now, just recently, they are broadcasting a new network I haven't seen before. It is called "NTD TV". It is right now showing on 11.11, but they may change it after while to 31.10 which I am basing it on the previous channel's history (29.11 -> 31.9). I want to thank CableCutter, itgrouch, and others who let me know about these changes to WJDE. Until more news breaks, that's all for now.

Update 2:35pm: - I had forgotten about their website at wjde31.com. On there, they have a list of what channels and networks they are airing including NTD on channel 31.11. I have already sent them an e-mail to ask why they chose to put NTD on 31.11 and not 31.10 and to let them know that it is currently on channel 11.11. If I get a response back, I will post it on here. Again, until more news breaks, that's all for now.
