I just found out that WEST (Western Entertainment Series Television) Network will be located on 44.6 where MeTV+ was. Now, MeTV+ has moved to a new channel, 44.10. A WEST network promo will air until the network will start programming in late September.
Also, as of yesterday (08/11), both WKUW 40 and WCTZ 35 is back to their regular power. Until more news breaks, that's all for now.

Seems strange they'd force folks to rescan for a channel that won't be airing for another month. I would have put WEST on 44.10, and left MeTV+ where it was. Also I wish some channel would start airing the !978 Dallas tv series.

Maybe it was just easier to change it to WEST and leaving everything there the same and then let the old EMLW channel be used by MeTV+ since it wouldn't be too much trouble. Also I think it was all across the markets they replaced MeTV+ with WEST so it made one big message that would apply to a wider audience instead of just a few.
