Where I live currently I cannot receive channel 14 right now as the power is too low. After the power goes up then I will more than likely receive it then. I seen it was going to be a low powered repeater of channel 4 on Wikipedia for the Nashville TV. It is under outlying areas for Cookeville. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Nashville_TV Also I notice an increase of signal strength on my Hdhomerun than what it would be usually.

I tried both my antennas. The CM3020, and the (new) ClearStream 4, both 20' high. I could see a signal increase toward that area from here in McMinnville. But no dice. I wish they'd put translators here in McMinnville, or in Cookeville aimed down this way. I don't for see it. But I can hope. Right now, The ClearStream 4 is aimed at Huntsville. Lock on WAFF (RF 15), and WHNT (RF 19).

Right now channel 14 is at 0.2 kilowatts at 286 feet. It is set to go up to 295 feet and 15 kilowatts. You maybe can receive it then but the way the antenna will be facing the opposite way of Mcminnville. I think the primary target for channel 14 is for North of Cookeville. Maybe one day they will have a dedicated repeater for Mcminnville.

May I ask you where you got that information about them raising the antenna and increasing power? Thanks.

This is the website of what I read the information from. I'm not sure if it is accurate but this is the source. The information is the last state on the list. https://tvnewscheck.com/business/article/station-trading-roundup-1-deal-3750000/

Yeah, that's an old construction permit. When this article came out, that was the permit, but now, they made this 0.2kw (200 watts) permit and they applied for a license to broadcast those specs. I do have to say though, they may, in the future, raise the power output at least, but that's just my opinion and not fact.

I've got my CM3020 aimed back toward W14EE. Seeing if nighttime skip will allow me to pick it up.

My antenna decoded channel 14 sometime in the morning. I see they have 5 channels with no data but that is expected because the channel went out hours ago. I live in Southern Kentucky and I am surprised the antenna decoded the channel. I viewed the channel on my Hdhomerun.

WSMV channel 4 has gone from being very strong to weak lately. I can barely receive it anymore. I live 60 miles east of the tower. Does anyone know why this has happened ?

No, more than the weather. The one TV in my house on which I could actually pick it up the past few years is suddenly showing "No signal" on that channel.
