Two Stories in One Post

There are two stories that is breaking of late. One is that Meredith Corp. is getting out of the TV business meaning that they are planning to sell all their TV stations including WSMV. Now, who will purchase WSMV channel 4, I do not know at this time, but of course, when I do, I will post it here.
Meredith Corp. Contemplating Sale of TV Stations
The other story is that there is a new station on the air here in Nashville, and that is WCTZ-LD channel 35. It broadcasts on channel 35 supposedly at 15kw, that's 5kw more than WKUW channel 40, but right now, they are having trouble with it. So, if you can't receive it right now, that is ok, because they are not broadcasting at their fullest. If you can receive WKUW channel 40, when they do start broadcasting at 15kw in the future, you will probably be able to see it then. When I find out they are, I will post about it then. Also, if you have noticed that WKUW 40 has gotten a little weaker, it has. It must be tied in with WCTZ 35. I'm guessing they had to lower the WKUW signal in order to work on WCTZ. Until more news breaks, that is all for now.
