WTVF RF 5 is now back on the air. They just turned it on at about 4:20pm this afternoon. They are still using the channels 5.11-5.13 which I like because it won't confuse people's TV tuners or converter boxes. Also, they posted the story (link below) on their website telling everybody that their construction is complete. Until more news breaks, that's all for now.
