Thanks to lug1 for the info, I saw on WJDE31.com that they will change channels from 31 to 23 on November 22. If you are able to receive it, it will still be shown as 31.1-31.8. To most of you, including yours truly, you might finally be able to pick it up, because it will not only move from the L&C building downtown to a tower near Dickerson Pike, Briley Pkwy, and I-65 intersection, but also, it will go from 5.3kw up to 15kw. I will post it once they start broadcasting on their new channel. Until then or when more news breaks, that's all for now.
