Repack Update - WHTN is Back to 38

I don't know what is happening, but WHTN is back on channel 38 and has turned off channel 16. I don't know if they were just testing or if something went wrong with channel 16. I guess just have to wait and see. Until then, that's all for now.

at the moment (12mid Fri) they are still on 38...but also on 16...16 is extremely weak and only locks occasionally. I am about 10 miles from their tower (38 is 100%)
