Digi-TV was a network that aired British, Canadian, and Australian content. It was broadcasting locally on WJDE 31-2. Thanks to jim2928 for this information. Right now, I do not know what is airing on 31-2 because per their Wikipedia page, they stopped airing the network nationwide today.

Update 3:31pm: - Thanks again to jim2928. He said that Americas Voice Live is airing on 31-2 as well as 31-7. He gave me a list of what is all on the channels. I am providing that list below. Until more news breaks, that's all for now.
