The past two days, there has been a new channel broadcasting on and off. It is broadcasting on channel 40 probably at 15kw on the same tower as channels 6, 28, and 50 near I-24 and Old Hickory Blvd. in northern Nashville. Yesterday (09/12), I saw two channels (40.1 & 40.2). Today (09/13), there was only one channel and all they had on it was a test pattern with color bars. It is owned by DTV America Corporation.
